Beginner Level Classes Include:
PRE-PILATES
REQUIRED PREREQUISITE
We recommend a minimum of 2 pre-pilates classes.
REFORMER
Beginner, Open-Level, or Level One reformer classes.
ANY MAT CLASS
Any and all mat classes can be modified to beginner levels.
KETTLECORE
Open-Level KettleCORE classes.
CORE & BARRE
Core & Barre Blast classes can be modified for all levels.

As our POM family grows, so does our need for qualified Pilates instructors. We are ecstatic to announce that we will be hosting EYT Teacher Training!
